I use the Sony A7RIV, perfect for both photos and video. As for lenses, I use fixed focal lengths: a 35mm, an 85mm and a 14-24 wide-angle zoom. I prefer fixed focal lengths for artistic rendering.

You can book your weddings up to a year in advance, or at least 1 month before the big day, to give yourself time to get organized. For couple, EVJF and family sessions, at least 1 week in advance, to give us time to prepare the session and make sure it really corresponds to your desires.

You call on a professional photographer to immortalize your most beautiful moments, and you expect the quality of his services to be of the highest standard. What does it include?

Equipment: A professional photographer must use quality equipment, and be able to renew it in the event of unforeseen circumstances or obsolescence. The lenses in the range I use are worth between €1,000 and €2,500, a body between €2,000 and €3,500). You also need a high-performance computer, reliable storage space , monthly software payments and so on.

The service: When you hire a photographer for your wedding, he or she will spend a whole day shooting (sometimes up to 3pm), plus travel time. Then comes the sorting and retouching of these images (I’ll give you an approximate figure, say 3500 photos for a full day), followed by the processing of each chosen photo (post-production on Lightroom), essential to give them their unique character and enhance them, which will take at least 1 week for a full wedding day. We then send them to you, depending on the option you choose: online gallery, photo album…

Preparation: you also need to take into account the time spent beforehand dealing with emails, quotes, invoices, appointments, answering your questions, accompanying you etc.

And don’t forget URSSAF social security contributions, VAT and taxes, which account for a good 50% of the cake! You have to be able to make a decent living from your passion. 🙂

That’s what it means to hire a professional photographer, and in return have unforgettable memories with the vision of your favorite photographer. Don’t forget that later on, these photographs will be witnesses to your most important and precious moments.

It all depends on the size of the event: over 200 guests, it becomes complicated to get everyone in the photos. And timing-wise, group photos will take longer. In this case, it would be preferable to have a second photographer with me, with whom I’m used to working on weddings.

If you’re looking for a videographer in addition to a photographer for your wedding, no problem, I’ll be happy to put you in touch with photographers with whom I’m used to working as a duo. On the other hand, it’s not possible to do both photo and video at the same event (I’m sure you don’t want to choose between photo and video for the presentation of the wedding rings – such a fleeting moment – and neither do I!)

You’ll receive your photos on a private online gallery to share with your guests. Some wedding packages include prints and a photo book. As for the deadline, I invite you to send me an email to find out more about the formulas and my services.

– Send me an email with as many details as possible about your project: date, location, number of people, atmosphere or decorating style, and anything else you’d like to share with me. I will then get back to you as soon as possible and send you my service packages.

– If it’s for a wedding, choose your formula and we’ll arrange a physical or virtual meeting via Whatsapp. After our meeting, I will send you the estimate and the wedding contract. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is payable on signature. The date will definitely be reserved for you!
